Ordering

If you would like to place an order for any of our products or services please contact us and we will provide you with a quotation outlining the cost and our terms. If you are happy to proceed with an order we will send you a copy of our terms & conditions of sale document. This document must be signed and returned to us either by FAX, Email or Snail. Upon receipt of this document your order will be processed.

 

Payment

We accept payment via Cheque or Bank Transfer. Payment for use of Future Space maybe made via PayPal from our Showroom Page or by cash or cheque on the day. We require a 50% deposit on all orders. Remaining balance is due on completion of works.

Please note: we require a 50% deposit on all orders unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Warranty

The components we use to create our systems are supplied with varying manufacturer warranties. We always recommend that you take up the extended warranty options available at point of sale. If you have a question or technical query regarding any of the products that you have purchased from us, simply call us and a member of our team will be happy to assist. Please Note: all systems are supplied with a 12 month back to base warranty.
